Terms & Conditions
All App rewards are issued at the manager’s discretion.
• Only one prize or voucher may be used per table.
• Prizes and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No change will be given if the bill total is less than the voucher’s face value. The full amount must be used on the same day.
• If the bill exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid in cash or by credit card.
• We reserve the right to refuse the use of any prize or voucher.
• We reserve the right to modify, replace, or withdraw rewards when necessary.
• For security reasons, the maximum Me-Vee transfer limit per transaction is 1,050 Me-Vees.
• Prizes & Me-vee Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.
• Birthday vouchers are sent on the day of your birthday and are valid for 15 days.
• Venture vouchers cannot be redeemed at Meat Boutique Butchers Shop.
• Vouchers and prizes will not be accepted on 24th, 25th, or 31st December, although QR codes from bills on those dates can still be scanned to collect Me-Vees.
